        Very very terrible experience. I didn't know who you were and most likely will avoid Hayneedle at all costs! I even doubt if anyone will respond to this concern. Surprise me!

        I returned the item...from Sea Gull Lighting. I noted that the item was mising 1/2 of its parts and requested an explanation. Have heard nothing.

        I do plan on going to small claims court, notifying any appropriate government consumer agencies and likewise any consumer agencies watching online retailers as yourselves.

        I am still looking for an explanation as to what happened???
